22-02-2010, the second day after spring vacation, work train and prospecting conference were held by Source Well, Yiwu, for its staff. The theme of this conference was oriented to “Enhance working ability and win the competition”, and discussions about company culture, work management, and human resource problems were held. This conference is not only a chance for new staffs to get to know our company culture, but also a platform for old staffs to understand it more. With deeper understanding of company culture combined with self-experiences, employees can improve themselves better. This year’s work goal and direction were also made during this conference and will be discussed further in the coming buyers and sellers conference.
